One of the first modern houses in east Austin, this property was bought in a stud state to later be finished by aguacate.
Recycled materials were the main theme throughout the project and was finished 2 years after the graduation of our lead designer: Alan Gonzalez.
Alan lived here for several years and comal served as a blank canvas for all the ideas to come.
