Wimberley river retreat was based on the idea of connecting the existing 1980s home and a detached apartment, with the nearby river. This was done via a large, low deck (full lenght of the home) that doesn’t impedes the views.
In the main house, the interiors were remodeled utilizing a constant & neutral color palette.
